LLCCODEX offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the LLC Codex digital guide. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds for LLCCODEX are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Contact us at support@llccodex.com and we will assist you with the refund request.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
